Amanda Gulino

Hi, I’m Amanda Gulino (she/her), the Founder of A Better Monday, a coaching and facilitation practice dedicated to cultivating inclusive leadership, transforming work dynamics, and fostering thriving work cultures. With over 15 years of experience, I’m a coach, facilitator, and speaker renowned for my profound impact on purpose-driven clients across the globe, spanning diverse sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, education, and philanthropy. My mission is to help individuals and organizations create environments where people can thrive, not just survive.

I started my career in recruiting, where I quickly noticed a troubling pattern: people weren’t leaving jobs for better pay or fancier titles - they were leaving because they didn’t feel seen, valued, or aligned with their organizations’ cultures. That realization shifted my focus to leadership, culture, and human behavior. I dove deep into these areas, gaining certifications in IPEC coaching, Trauma-Informed practices, and Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead methodology, with a focus on Inclusive Leadership. I also leverage my background in Psychology, Learning, and Organizational Design to craft transformative experiences for my clients. I’m invested in my own learning and have completed multiple hours of Enneagram training and practice to further enhance my coaching and facilitation work.

My coaching and facilitation are deeply rooted in my commitment to equity, access, and justice. I work with organizations and individuals who are dedicated to building more inclusive, equitable, and just workplaces. Over the years, my work has impacted organizations globally, and has been featured in outlets like Fast Company, Glassdoor, FabFitFun, and Thrive Global.

Outside of my work, you can find me doing yoga, reading, walking/running, and spending time with my partner and three dogs in Denver, CO.
